It's time to investigate
Each day there is a chance for us to explore and discover the world. The children will help choose topics that are interesting and we will ask questions, wonder, and solve problems. We will use online resources, books, and each other to find answers. Some of the previous year's topics have included:
What is an apple?
What can we build with legos?
What is the difference between plants and animals?
How does a bat find its' food?
This is one of the most important parts of our day, as we get excited to learn and use all of the skills we are developing in kindergarten. This learning can occur as a writing lesson, comprehension unit, or even a math project. We will share much of what we explore on Twitter and Facebook, so be sure to follow us!
